The following categories of membership are offered to osteopathic phycians and allied health professionals:

Regular Members:

An application for regular membership must be a graduate of an osteopathic medical school and licensed to practice medicine in the state of Ohio. The annual dues of the Cleveland Academy of Osteopathic Medicine are:

$220 per year for regular membership
$195 per year for 2 to 10 physicians in the same practice.
$150 per year for 11-20 physicians in the same practice or hospital system.
$110 per year for 21 or more physicians in the same practice or same hospital system.

$330 per year for "couples"-2 osteopathic physicians in the same family
$110 per year for retired physicians
(who are not eligible for honorary life or are still practicing medicine)
$55 for the first year out of training
$110 for the second year out of training
$165 for the third year out of training
