Program Information:
The purpose of this seminar is to provide the ACCME accredited programs that address the clinical practice needs of osteopathic physicians.  Sessions are offered to continually assess issues, developments, advances and deficiencies in current medical practice, and address identified needs through relevant comprehensive programs designed for general statewide physician audiences of all specialties.

CME Credits:
CME Verification will be completed online.  Credit will be given only to physicians who complete the online attestation form indicating the total number of hours attended. No credits will be given to those physicians who fail to complete their online CME Verification Form.

AOA Credit
The American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. ACOFP designates this blended learning session for a maximum number of 24.0 AOA Category 1-A credit and will report CME with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.
 
AMA PRA Credit
The American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. ACOFP designates this blended learning session for a maximum number of 0.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
 

CME Verification:
Simple!  Participants must login to the virtual conference and complete the online CME Verification form for presentations you participated. Credit will be given only to physicians who complete the online attestation form indicating the total number of hours attended. No credits will be given to those physicians who fail to complete their online CME Verification Form. Credit will be submitted directly to the AOA by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. A certificate will be provided for attendees requiring AMA PRA Credit.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Grievances:

Payments & Cancellation Policy

Exhibit fee due on or before Friday, January 9th.  Due to the limited number of spaces available, spaces cannot be held and is only secured when payment is received. If paying by credit card an additional fee of $150 will be applied. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.  Refunds provided if the event is canceled.
